About the Lighthouse Series

My book series “The Lighthouse” series is a book of poetry that is based on my own personal journey in recovery. The journey I wrote about in this series also has a message. The message is; there is someone out there whom may struggle with finding a support system, or dealing with the thought of “I have no one,” mental health, spirituality as well that I hope that someone you run into either in the store, park, restaurant or if it is someone you personally know feels lonely, depressed, lost, or anxious, this series is for you.

This series, I wrote because when I was a kid I got to the point that there were times I felt like giving up. I won’t go into great detail, but this series that I wrote may relate to one or more of you. The tears I write from page to page is a personal outlook of what I have been through and that I hope I can help others even if it is with sharing my testimony or sharing my testimony that I wrote in my books. I want to begin by saying, “You are not alone. You are loved, cherished even if you may have pain in your life. You will be a survivor even if there are days you wish to give up, you are a survivor for those who need to hear your story.”

This series is basically multiple topics and genres in one series of and in four separate books. If you are interested in helping someone in there recovery, I would suggest to at least purchase one book. If they like it you can either bring it up to them that the book is a series. People who struggle with mental health need to have their own voice too. Show them they are not alone and be a friend to someone who needs a friend.
