I want to help those in recovery by breaking the stigma.
I am a published author who wrote about my personal experiences in recovery of mental health, and the journey it took to overcome the obstacle of mental health and seizures. I am hoping to start a foundation down the line to support those with Neurological, mental, and physical health to show my support in how breaking the sigma and being united as one can overcome a lot of the stigma and obstacles.
Book Lighthouse Series
The Lighthouse Series is a Series that is based on how we who struggle in recovery are having trouble finding the light, most of the time. the lighthouse series is supposed to be that guide to finding that light. Especially to help those who feel alone, and don’t know that someone else has been through it.
Shining Light
Book 1: A journey of poetry that was written since I was 15 years old. The emotions, the hurt, the pain, the grief all line up with this book as well as the series itself. But most importantly the series is based on mental health and my journey through recovery.

Book 2: When journeying through the wilderness to help others in need, while also supporting others, and helping those understand you are not alone. This second book in the series is titled Darkness. A book of poetry in a way that expresses who I truly am as a person as well as my audience not feeling alone.
